The program integrates self-discovery, career alignment, skills, and advanced coaching to tackle post-high school and undergraduate challenges like unemployment and identity gaps.
The cohort-based plan uses phased modules with hands-on activities, Case studies to assist participants discover their self-potential and leverage the available resources elevate their personal and career growth.
